BUILCON GROUP was founded by Bhimani family, well known for 100 years in the jewellery business by name of Kanji Pannachand. The family diversified into real estate trade in 1956, and is one of the oldest real estate developers today in Kolkata !

The Group is pioneer in real estate trade, albeit on very low profile, having to their credit several projects (residential & commercial) catering to all segments of society comprising LIG, MIG, HIG, and Posh exemplified in iconic addresses of Kolkata !

Since its inception the Group has been striving hard for its principal philosophy of transparency & trust and has established a reputation in the real estate sector. With this philosophy the Group ensures clarity over complex and shady landscape that exists between Home buyers and Developers.

The Group has introduced many firsts in Kolkata’s real estate sector. BUILCON was one of the first to commence ‘LIG’ / ‘MIG’ apartments in 1983 along with introduction of the ‘model’ flat concept ! It was first amongst builders to advocate, Home Loans & Credit Rating ! and have successfully completed several building projects.

The development of these building project combines 67 years legacy of transparency & trust with a commitment to state-of-the-art design and excellence.
